Who am I?
I, Claire Boscq-Scott, established The Busy Queen Bee brand in 2009 and have more than 25 years’ global experience in the customer services industry. Originally from France, I have lived in Jersey since 2000. I worked at the St Brelade’s Bay Hotel for six years, opened The Royal Yacht Hotel after its £30m refurbishment, and then moved to L’Horizon Hotel in 2007.
After going through a divorce and house moved, I had already made some big changes. So, I left my job at L’Horizon Hotel, and so began a new chapter of my life – it was the best thing I ever did!
My mission is to inspire businesses to thrive by delivering exceptional customer by bringing a more feminine energy in businesses. I’m not talking about bodies, men and women, but more about the expression of personal masculine and feminine creative energy. Without understanding masculine and feminine energy, businesses can be very much out of balance.
“Relationship” is the biggest game on the planet and we are in rapport to everything that surrounds us. We have to build strong rapport with our internal and external customers by putting them in the middle of everything we do.
Businesses leaders must be more compassionate by better communication, caring, supporting and engaging with their employees. They must be nurturing, valuing and guiding their customers through their journey in a creative and inspiring way at an emotional level, ultimately building a sustainable service culture.
