I wrote my first blog on 23rd September 2013, this was the beginning of my new venture in talking about the Bees’ and their efficient work ethic and the Beehive and how it behaves as a miniature but incredibly successful business.

The analogy of the Beehive has really inspired me and I wanted to do more than just write a blog about it so I started a book. It is now time to reveal my book and give you all a taste of the honey with a chance to ‘Thrive with The Hive‘ too.

Thrive with The Hive is a practical guide to service excellence with lesson from nature’s most powerful business organisation, The Beehive.

The book is intended for you, the Business owners, but also for your “worker Bees”; your employees, this is my very own view of the delivery of Customer Excellence and will focus on:

  • Customer Experience,
  • Customer Service Support,
  • Mystery Shopping,
  • Customer Insight.

The book is in progress and as I am publishing it today, you will have just over 100 pages to read but I am intending to have it finished by October 2014.
